PESHAWAR: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) provincial president Mushtaq Ahmad Khan has said that his party will not allow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to carry out experiments in the education sector.
JI provincial chief on Tuesday assured a delegation of teachers that his party would oppose the proposed act and would never allow the Education Department to ruin the future of millions of poor students and teachers.
“JI is a coalition partner in the KP government with three of its ministers in the cabinet. However, the JI leaders expressed their anger that the government did not consult them on the education act,” he added.
