Eight injured in Mohmand Agency firing

GHALLANAI: Eight persons sustained injuries in firing incident over property dispute at Safi tehsil in Mohmand Agency on Thursday, official sources said.
They said that there was a property dispute between two groups led by Habib and Shafiq at Sandokhel area in Safi tehsil. On the day of the incident, the groups traded fire. As a result, eight persons sustained bullet injuries.
The injured, whose names could not be ascertained, were shifted to the hospital where their condition was stated to be stable. Taking action, the officials of the political administration arrested six persons from both the groups and seized a Kalashnikov rifle.
