Six police officers promoted

Islamabad: Six officers of the Islamabad Police were promoted on Friday, says a notification released by the IGP's office.
DSP Mohammad Ilyas Hashmi has been promoted as SP (BPS-18), while five inspectors including Hayat-ud-Din, Mohammad Latif, Ghulam Mohammad Baqir, Ghulam Rasool and Arif Baig have been promoted to the ranks of deputy superintendents of police (from BPS-16 to BPS-17), sources maintained.
