Man ‘strangles’ wife in Lahore

LAHORE: A 30-year-old woman was allegedly strangled by her husband and in-laws at Harbnspura on Sunday. The victim, Saba, hailed from Gujranwala. She was married to her cousin Ejaz Ahmad some years back and gave birth to three children. The victim’s mother Maqsoodan accused her son-in-law, his brother and mother of killing her daughter. Police found marks of torture on the victim’s body. The body has been removed to morgue.
