PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Friday arranged two health camps in Peshawar for providing consultancy and screening to dengue patients.
The Society distributed 4,000 mosquito nets in addition to 1,000 dengue kits donated by the German Red Cross (GRC).
The PRCS KP branch has also launched an awareness campaign in the dengue-hit areas to sensitise the people about the mosquito-borne disease.
The KP branch expressed the determination to cooperate with the provincial government for arranging more health camps, distributing dengue kits and providing people with mosquito nets and insecticides in the affected areas.
