Ignoring the talented

In order to pursue a progressive pursuit, it is essential for people to complete higher studies. This helps people develop a sense of maturity. However, this dream of getting higher education often fails to turn into reality because of the widening gap between government and private schools. Initially, a child’s mind lacks the power to think and to differentiate between good and bad. For a child, the family and his/her environment are the doors to education and wisdom. Little by little, these young children understand what education is all about. These students then dream about getting quality education from a prestigious institution. However, in our country, quality education is limited to private education institutions. This has divided education into two categories: education for the rich and education for the poor. Students work arduously to fulfil their dreams. But the discrimination they face with regard to the educational institutions they have attended adds more obstacles in their path to progress.

Who is responsible for the sheer waste of talent for those who are always struggle to do something for this nation, but face criticism because of the never-ending comparison between government and private schools? Schools are a place where the flowers of thoughts and green fields of studies always transport their beauty into the hearts and minds of students. Education doesn’t differentiate between two learners. The yearning to foster a love for education should also be one of the agendas of our leaders. They should try to eradicate this classification of education institutions. Concrete steps should be taken to stabilise the roots of education for the prosperity of this country. On days like Independence Day, private and government schools are usually on the same page. But more work is required to generate atmosphere of mutual cooperation between both types of institutions. In order to polish the talented young generation, it is important to provide standard education to all.
