LAHORE: Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Vice-Chairperson Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti have instructed the members of the Lahore District Overseas Pakistanis (DOPC) to expedite the mechanism of resolution of complaints relating to expatriate Pakistanis and proceedings regarding redress of complaints be properly and regularly uploaded on complaints web portal of the OPC.
A meeting of the DOPC, Lahore, was held under the Shaheen Khalid and Afzaal Bhatti. CCPO Amin Wains, OPC DG Javed Iqbal Bukhari, Additional DG Police Matters Agha Muhammad Yousaf, Deputy Commissioner Sumair Ahmad Syed and OPC Public Facilitation Committee Chairman Sajjid Ch were also present.
During the meeting, the performance of the DOPC, Lahoreand data of pending complaints also came under discussion. OPC Punjab Vice-Chairperson Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatt while lauding the efforts of the DOPC, Lahore, for resolving the issues faced by overseas Pakistanis said that members of the DOPC were working hard for swift solution to the problems of expatriate Pakistanis.Certain complaints of overseas Pakistanis also came under discussion during the meeting and the OPC officers issued instructions to address the complaints.
