Islamabad :Thousands of youth participated in intra-party elections of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Youth Wing held in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
The intra party elections of JI Youth wing were held in eight union councils of Islamabad and various Unions Councils of Rawalpindi. To ensure transparent elections, the ballot papers were published and voting was organized at polling stations.
The JI Islamabad general secretary Amir Usman along with other leaders including Kashif Chaudhry and Malik Tanvir visited different polling stations and encouraged youth to use their right of vote. The Islamabad JI ameer Zubair Farooq Khan who is also chief election commissioner for Islamabad will announce the results.
