Women varsity syndicate meets
PESHAWAR: The syndicate of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar, in its 21st meeting on Tuesday, took some decisions pertaining to academic and administrative issues. The syndicate nominated five members from the society, including private sector education and research organisations and government departments for advance studies and research board of the university.
The meeting also accorded approval to the list of psychologists for teaching positions on the university selection board. The syndicate also approved revision of basic pay scale and ad hoc relief allowance 2017 and other allowances. The participants of the meeting approved the revision of rates of daily allowances on official duty within the country. The syndicate approved the composition of scrutiny committees for BPS 1-16 and BPS-17 and above.
