Ishtiaq Baig organises reception dinner
KARACHI: To mark the 18th Enthronement of His Majesty King Mohammad VI, Honourable Consul General of Morocco Mirza Ishtiaq Baig hosted a reception in Karachi.
Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani also attended the ceremony. Ambassador of Morocco Mohammed Karmoune came from Islamabad to attend the event.
The reception was also attended by Minister Nasir Ali Shah, National Accountability Bureau Director General Altaf Bawany, FPCCI President Zubair Tufail, SVP FPCCI, Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, politicians, business leaders, Moroccans residing in Sindh and people from all walks of life.
Ambassador of Morocco Mohammed Karmoune welcomed the honourable guests for attending the ceremony. Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on behalf of the government of Sindh congratulated His Majesty and the people of Morocco.
Ishtiaq Baig said that being the Consul General of Morocco, he was doing his best to increase the trade between two countries.—PR
