Police inspector rapes girl in capital

ISLAMABAD: A young girl has been kidnapped and raped by a police inspector, police sources said Tuesday night.The Margalla Police have registered the case (FIR No. 78) against the inspector on the written complaint of the victim under Section 376 of PPC and started raids to arrest him.
Sadia, 25, lodged a complaint with the office of AIG Operations Sultan Azam Taimuri saying that the victims was at her house in Sector G-9/3 with her mother when Inspector Haider Ali posted at CIA, knocked the door late night, dragged both of them when her mother opened the door, pushed them in his car and took them to a house to rape Sadia.
She alleged that the inspector was drunk.According to FIR, Inspector Haider Ali kidnapped her at 3am and freed at 9am.AIG Operations Sultan Azam Taimuri confirmed the report when contacted by this correspondent saying that the police were trying to hunt Inspector Haider Ali. He said that the accused police official will be dealt with according to the law.
