The paramilitary force claimed to have arrested a woman allegedly involved in selling narcotics in educational institutes on Sunday.
A spokesman for Sindh Rangers said the woman, Kulsoom alias Bhabhi, was arrested following a targeted raid, carried out along with its Al-Nisa Rapid Response Force, in Chanesar Goth. She was later moved to the Rangers Headquarter for interrogation.
It was during investigation that the woman was found to have a network in schools and colleges across the city through which she sold the drugs. She was also alleged to facilitate criminals.
A large quantity of narcotics was seized from her hideout. She was handed over to the local police for further legal proceedings.
