No place for extremism in Pakistan: CM

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said that terrorism, fanaticism and sectarianism are not the destiny of the people and such menaces have no place in Pakistan of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, as Pakistan belongs to all Pakistanis who would work jointly for country's progress.
The commitment of Pakistani nation is stronger than the challenge of terrorism and the country will be made peaceful by defeating terrorism at every cost. The terrorists as well as their facilitators will be completely annihilated with the power of unity and cohesion, he added. The CM expressed these views while talking to a delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-N who called on him, here Wednesday.
