PESHAWAR: Employees of the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Monday set up a hunger strike camp to demand a comprehensive service structure and hike in other allowances.The camp was led by All Pakistan Nadra Employees Union Central President Muhammad Saleem Sherpao, provincial president Azmat Qadafi, Abbas Khan Chamkani, Gohar Ayub, Arshad Hussain and dozens of employees.The protesting employees were holding placards and displayed banner in the camp to voice demands.Talking to media persons, Saleem Sherpao said the government was not paying heed to their demands. We want only one-step promotion along with a comprehensive service structure”, he said.He asked the authorities to take serious steps for resolution of their issues and give them comprehensive service structure.
