IHC seeks PCB comments on petition

ISLAMABAD: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) here on Tuesday issued pre-admission notices seeking comments from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) after a petition was filed against nomination of Najam Sethi and Ejaz Arif to the PCB Board of Governors (BOG) by patron-in-chief of the Board.

Petitioner Tariq Asad has filed the petition calling two nominations as political and also calling in questions some provisions of PCB constitution making such nomination permissible.
