The rupee on Tuesday held almost steady against the US dollar in a dull trading activity, dealers said. The rupee gained single paisa to close at 105.39 as compared to Monday’s close of 105.40 in the interbank market. The rupee/dollar parity maintained flattish trend due to insignificant dollar demand from importers.
