PESHAWAR: A two-day training workshop for the transgender community was held on various laws related to sexual harassment and Right to Information and Services.
It was organized by Da Hawwa Lur, a non-government organization, with the support of USAID Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governance Project.
Representatives of civil society organizations, health and education department, media and KP Right to Information and KP Right to Services Commission participated in the training workshop.
It was part of a larger project titled “Eliminating Sexual Harassment through Empowering Transgender in Khyber Pakh-tunkhwa” being conducted by Da Hawwa Lur with the support of USAID Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governance Project.
