MINGORA: Awami National Party (ANP) provincial president Ameer Haidar Hoti said on Monday Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan were exploiting Pakhtuns for the protection of Punjab interests.
Speaking at a workers’ convention here, he hoped his party would win the next general elections as the Pakhtuns would reject the PTI. He said Punjab had a main role in electing the country’s prime minister and that was why Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif were eyeing constituencies of Punjab. The ANP leader said those accusing his party of corruption were now under investigation for being involved in corruption.
