Two soldiers injured in Bara blast

BARA: Two soldiers were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) explosion in Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency, tribal and official sources said on Sunday. The sources said a vehicle of the security forces was on a routine patrol when targeted in the Kohi Chowk area in Malikdinkhel. Two soldiers sustained injuries in the blast, the sources said, adding the injured were shifted to hospital. Soon after the incident, the security forces and Khassadar forces reached the place and cordoned off the area and launched a search operation but no arrest was made.
