Before the rain

This is to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to the condition of blocked drains of Tando Qaiser, Hyderabad. Because of the carelessness of the concerned authorities, the rain – which is often termed as a blessing – is turned into a nuisance. Drains in the city are blocked with garbage, blocking the flow of rainwater.

The Met department has predicted the second spell of monsoon. The local authorities must clean all stormwater drains in the city.
