Five officers of different cadres reshuffled in CDA

The management of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued orders for posting and transfer of five officers of different cadres. Dr Mahmood Arshad, director at the Directorate of Health Services (DHS) has been given look after charge of DHS director general in addition to his own duty.

Among BPS -18 transferred officers are Irfan Azim, deputy director from director of Environment (East and West) on current charge basis to director of Environment (East) on current charge basis including all the parks and allied facilities in the jurisdiction, Ghizwan M Shamshad, deputy director from director of Park on current charge basis to director of Environment (West) on current charge basis including all the parks and allied facilities in the jurisdiction and Syed Muhammad Kashif, from deputy director of Enforcement Directorate to report HRD Directorate.

Similarly, among BPS-17 officers are Abdul Manan, assistant director from deputy director of One Window Operation on current charge basis to deputy director, HRD-III on current charge basis and Ch. Nazir Ahmed, assistant director has been transferred from deputy director-III, HRD Directorate on current charge to deputy director of One Window Operation on current charge basis.

Transferred officers have been directed to submit their charge assumption/relinquishment reports to HRD Directorate accordingly. Human Resource Development (HRD) Directorate of Capital Development Authority has issued subject orders after approval from CDA chairman.

Furthermore, the office orders issued by Staff Officer to Member Engineering dated 03.07.2017 is hereby cancelled/withdrawn being void ab initio.

During the last two weeks of June, especially constituted mobile complaint van service teams conducted survey in 97 houses and collected 5 water samples from different areas of the city. Team A conducted survey in sector F-6/3, I-8/3, E-7, G-11/2, F-6/2 and surveyed 54 houses. Team B conducted survey of 43 houses in sector F-6/1, G-6/2, G-9/2, F-6/2 and G-7/4 in addition to get 2 water samples.

During this period, Team A surveyed 54 houses while Team B surveyed 43 houses in addition to the collection of 05 water samples.

Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) mobile complaint van service is contributing highly in service delivery improvement in the Authority. Early redressal of complaints pertaining to CDA and MCI is being ensured. Through this service, survey of different areas of is conducting to address the issue of public general public at their door step. Mobile Complaint Van Service is an organ of public grievance and complaint cell.

In order to achieve desired results from mobile van complaints service, different teams have been constituted, which are targeting different areas of the city on daily basis to record the complaints from the residents of these areas. Furthermore, on spot water quality testing service is also being provided.
