PARACHINAR: Tribesmen on Thursday expressed concern over delay in the establishment of Major Gulfam Shaheed Cadet College in Kurram Agency. Speaking a press conference here, M Habib, Haji Sher Afzal and others said that Major Gulfam had been martyred in a clash with militants in Khyber Agency on March 20, 2015.They said that the army chief had asked father of the slain officer about his wish, who had requested establishment of a cadet college in the area.
