Road accidents are quite common in the country. Many times, these incidents are not even reported. However, at times, it becomes absolute necessary to highlight the gross negligence of a driver. On Tuesday (Jun 20), a traffic cop was busy in performing his duties oblivious to what was coming after him – death. The car that crushed the police officer to death belonged to one of the MPAs of Balochistan.
In the video that has gone viral on social media, the speeding vehicle can clearly be seen. It is disheartening that people responsible for the country’s state of affairs could show this negligence. It is hoped that this matter is not brush under the carpet. Strict investigation should be carried out and the people responsible for this unfortunate event should be penalised.
