Fesco SDO, 21 others booked

TOBA TEK SINGH: Police on Wednesday booked Fesco Kamalia City SDO Ali Imran and 21 others for allegedly torturing Kamalia TBA member Rai Nayyar’s maid, removing his electricity meter and stealing his electricity wires. The accused were booked under sections 452, 354, 342, 382, 109, 148 and 149 of the PPC. Meanwhile, the police also registered a case under sections 506, 148, 149 and 186 of the PPC against lawyer Rai Nayyar Abbas and his six accomplices on the complaint of Fesco Kamalia City SDO Ali Imran. The complainant said that the accused lawyer and his accomplices came at his office and harassed him and threatened him of dire consequences.
