Provincial law department regularises services of employees
The Sindh Law Department has regularised services of employees working on a contract basis at its automation of law department.
A statement issued on Monday said the decision was taken in pursuance of Section (3) of the Sindh (Regularization of Adhoc and Contract Employees) Act, 2013.
The service of Muhammad Amin Shaikh, Wajid, Syed Ghulam Sarwar, Kamran Ahmed Sandilo and Jahangir Khan have been regularised as Hardware Technicians (BS-15) with immediate effect.
The other employees whose services have been regularised are Imran Ali Panhwar, Arshad Ali, Ali Waheed Kazi, Abdul WahabChandio, Kareem Bux and Farooq Ahmed Raza as Network Technicians (BS-15); Babar Ali, Mahnoor Sangi, Imran Ahmed Abro, Muhammad Budhal and Ashique Ali Narejo as Key Punch Operators (BS-15); Shahraz, Muhammad Waqas, Ramzan, Muhammad Faheem Qureshi, Lutfullah Mahesar and Roshan Ali as Drivers (BS-04); Gulzar Ali, Kamran Hussain, Aamir Nasir, Muhammad Danish, Nasir Shahab, Muhammad Rizwan Khan, Khalid Hussain, Gada Hussain, Bilal and Muhammad Saleh as Naib Qasid (BS-01).
