Man hit to death by dumper

LAHORE

A 55-year-old man was killed by a speeding dumper on Outfall Road, Islampura.

The victim identified as Amanat was stepping out of a rickshaw when a rashly-driven dumper hit him from behind, resulting into his instant death. Body was shifted to morgue.

cylinder blast: Two persons got injuries when a cylinder exploded in a shop in Sher Shah Colony on Friday.

On being informed, the rescuers rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to hospital where their condition was said to be precarious. The cylinder was believed to be exploded due to gas leakage.

commits suicidE: A 25-year-old woman committed suicide by taking poisonous pills in the Shafiqabad area on Friday.

The victim identified as Sania Bibi ended her life over an unknown domestic issue. Police handed over the body to the family.

Properties: SP CIA handed over the recovered properties to their rightful owners as laid down in the rules and procedure.

The owners of the recovered properties were Sheikh Umair, Ejaz Ahmad, Mahmood Hussain, Javed Iqbal, Jamshed Khan, Ahmad, Shahid, Atif, Azam, Naeem, Shahid Iqbal, Umar Mahmood, Amjad, Haneef, Ahmad, Abdul Rehman, Shafaat and Amir Shahzad.
