In the wake of ongoing Islamabad Metro Bus Project, an interchange will be constructed at Golra Mor in order to facilitate residents of sectors G-13 and G-14.
National Highway Authority (NHA) Chairman Shahid Ashraf Tarar and Director General Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) Waqas Ali Mehmood visited site of the proposed project.
During the briefing, the NHA chairman was informed that load of traffic for sectors G-13 and G-14 at Golra Mor is 40,000 light and heavy vehicles.
General Manager NHA on the occasion suggested construction of an elevated bridge towards sector G-13 and raising an elevated U-turn on double road coming from sector G-14.
NHA Chairman assured the FGEHF officials that the project would be carried out in a way that the residents of two sectors of the housing foundation are fully facilitated so that they should not face any problem in their movement.
