The News Education Expo 17 in Lahore from today

LAHORE: The News Education Expo’17—a mega education event by the Jang Media Group, is starting at Expo Center, Johar Town, on Saturday (today).

The two-day expo will continue without any break from 10am to 7pm with free entry to all on Saturday (today) and Sunday (tomorrow). Like the previous years, the event is likely to attract large number of visitors, particularly prospective students and their families, as dozens of local and national educational institutions and education consultants are taking part in the expo.

The second day of “The News Education Expo’17” will feature a free counselling seminar “Emerging subject areas and scholarship opportunities” by renowned educationist and career counsellor Syed Abidi at the Expo Center at 3pm. 

Information Technology University (ITU) Vice-Chancellor Dr Umar Saif, who is also an adviser to the Punjab chief minister and Chairman of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), will inaugurate the expo. 

This year’s platinum sponsors of The News Education Expo’17 include Punjab Group of Colleges, The University of Lahore and Information Technology University (ITU), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, CA Pakistan and E-Learn Punjab.
