ISLAMABAD: Senior Supreme Court advocate Akram Sheikh has said that he presented to the Supreme Court the letter of Qatari prince in Panama papers case on instructions of his clients. Reacting to criticism of the counsel for children of the prime minster on electronic media Wednesday, Akram Sheikh clarified that children of the prime minister had never denied the letter of Qatari prince whose second letter endorsed his own stance also. He said he had given pieces of advice to his clients honestly, many of which were accepted by them. “However, I was bound to comply with instructions of my clients,” he said and added that he was bound to keep quiet under the counsel-client privilege law.
