HARIPUR: At least 15 passengers, including a woman, were injured, six of them critically, when a van overturned on the Sirikot Road here on Monday morning. The police quoted eyewitnesses as saying that a car (5418-C), carrying 15 people to Haripur from Sirikot, developed some mechanical fault at Pandori and the driver lost control over the steering wheel. The vehicle, according to eyewitnesses, overturned, injuring all the passengers including a woman and the driver. Locals removed the injured to the District Headquarters Teaching Hospital, Haripur, wherefrom six of them were referred to Ayub Teaching Hospital. Those injured were identified as Zoofishan Bibi, Asad Khan, Syed Atif Shah and others.
