GUJRANWALA: The Khiali Town Municipal Administration has got registered cases against 35 owners of commercial and residential buildings constructed without approved plan or paying official dues.
Khiali Town Administrator Malik Arifullah had filed complaints against the defaulters in the court of a judicial magistrate.
COMPLAINT AGAINST PHA: A citizen on Wednesday filed a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Establishment circle against the Parks and Horticulture Authority here.
Muhammad Ejaz of Nat Kalan village filed an application with the ACE against the PHA in which he alleged that the department was taking Rs 4,400 for installing each board instead of prescribed fee of Rs 90. He alleged that the PHA had charged registration fee of Rs 25,000 from 50 advertising companies but did not issue receipts.
