ATC awards death sentence to three terrorists

SUKKUR: Shikarpur Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Fida Hussain Mughal awarded capital punishment to three terrorists and life imprisonment to nine accused. Reports said that the Shikarpur Police had arrested a terrorist Usman Pathan a year ago who was trying to attack Imambargah Abu Talib, Khanpur, Shikarpur. He was then sent to jail where he revealed that Hafeez Brohi, Abdullah Brohi and few others were along with him. After scrutinising the case and confessional statements of the terrorists, the Shikarpur ATC awarded capital punishment to Usman Pathan, Hafeez Brohi and Anwar Brohi. Besides this the ATC awarded life imprisonment to nine other absconders including Arif, Saqib, Ali Masood, Hamaz, Ummar, Hassan Masood, Abubakar, Ali and Sajjad.
