Jhagra says govt developing human resource

PESHAWAR: Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said that future of the nation depends on quality and competence of its human resource, especially research scholars.

He was addressing as chief guest at the awards distribution ceremony of National Research Programme for Universities.

In Pakistan, the governor said, the young and energetic people made 60 percent of the country’s population and investment on the segment will have the highest dividends.
