PAKPATTAN: Three dacoity incidents were reported here on Sunday.
Muhammad Sajid was on his way when three dacoits intercepted him near Chak 19-EB and looted Rs 85,000 from him. Six thieves stole cattle from the house of Ghulam Murtaza at Chak 33-SP. Two thieves stole valuables from the house of Bashir at Mohallah Muzaffarabad, Arifwala. Police have registered cases.
ABDUCTION BID FOILED: An abduction bid was foiled at Chak 75/EB on Sunday.
Two accused including Faraz Anwar entered the house of Ghulam Mustafa and allegedly tried to kidnap his daughter. On her hue and cry, the accused fled. Police have registered a case.
MAN INJURED OVER ENMITY: A man was injured over enmity at Chak 65/D on Sunday.
Three accused including Muhammad Riaz allegedly injured Sharafat Ali with the help of clubs over enmity. Police have registered a case.

PAKPATTAN: Police on Sunday booked eight religious leaders under the Amplifier Act in separate incidents here.
They include Maulvi Muhammad Akhtar of Chak 13-SP, Qari Muhammad Iqbal of Chak 1-KB, Sadaqat Ali of Chak Bedi, Qurban Ali of Chak Rakh Malka Hans, Farooq of Chak 95-D and Maulvi Saeed Ahmad of Chak 6-KB.
