Modi became TIME's Person of the Year by 'ripping pockets and throats'
The Congress Party on Monday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi bagged the online reader's poll for TIME magazine's Person of the Year by ripping everyone's pockets and throats, adding the latter is least concerned about the common people courtesy the rising prices of commodities.
