Discrimination against transgender persons doesn’t suit a civilised society. It is important that awareness should be created among the people of the country to raise their social status in the society. The act of showing hatred towards them must be discouraged.
There are a lot of vocational skills which such people can learn to have a decent earning. This can also make them a part of the productive force of the country and allow then to live in a dignified way. In the Mughal era, transgender persons were often appointed as chefs. The same custom can be practiced in the country.
