Schedule for registration of remaining South Waziristan TDPs issued

WANA: The political administration on Friday issued schedule for the registration of the remaining temporarily displaced persons (TDPs) families for return to native areas in South Waziristan Agency.

The political administration directed the remaining TDPs to register themselves for repatriation at the registration point at Khargai. The sources said the registration of the TDP families from Sararogha tehsil would be carried out from December 7 to11 while the registration of the dislocated tribespeople of Sarwakai tehsil would continue from December 15-18.

Similarly, the registration of the displaced families from Tayarza tehsil would be carried out from 19-20 December while December 21 was fixed for the registration of displaced families from Frontier Region Tank. They said only the tribespeople of those areas cleared of militants can get registered.
