The second Pakistan Property Exhibition, organized by Jang Media Group, is all set to open its doors for the real estate opportunities in Pakistan at the eighth edition of International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS 2016) hosted by Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The exhibition will highlight key real estate investments in Pakistan and facilitate the investment of the UAE-based non-resident Pakistanis (NRPs) in the flourishing real estate market of Pakistan.

The biggest real estate event for the Pakistanis residing in UAE will run from today till 29th October at ADNEC. The event will be inaugurated by Mr. Moazzam Ahmed Khan, Pakistan’s Ambassador to UAE while the Chief Guest at the closing ceremony will be Mr. Akram Khan Durrani, Federal Minister for Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan.

The exhibition is supported by the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Pakistan’s Ministry of Housing and Works and Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD), and will convene leading developers and agents from major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Multan, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Quetta and Gawadar.

Professionals and property consultants will also be at hand to provide NRPs with expert advice and detailed information on transaction procedures from sales to registration in addition to highlighting the current trends, opportunities and challenges in the market.

Antoine Georges, Managing Director, DOME Exhibitions said, “We are delighted to host the second edition of Pakistan Property Exhibition with Jang Media Group as part of IREIS 2016. In bringing together the leading developers and agents from Pakistan under one roof, we seek to help the Pakistani community living in the UAE to find the right investment opportunity at the right place.”

The event will ensue the presence of a wide range of builders and developers offering projects that meet the requirements of both middle and upper middle class income buyers. Additionally, the event will offer an unparalleled opportunity to discuss the design, material and the architectural details of the projects on display.

The value of Pakistan real estate market is estimated to range from US$200 billion to US$400 billion with overseas Pakistanis investing in approximately nearly US$3 billion – or 15 to 20 percent of the last fiscal year’s total remittance into the real estate market.

Drawing the participation of 84 exhibitors from 21 countries and 7,327 investors across 71 nationalities, the event last year drove thousands of people to the exhibition and a similar participation is expected this year again.
