Perveen Javed, mother of victim Nazia, and complainant Abad Ali, stepfather of the victim, recorded statement before the court stating they have no objection if the accused is acquitted as he is not their actual accused and they implicated him by mistake. While Perveen Javed submitted that she is satisfied that her daughter committed suicide and was not murdered by their son in law Abdul Ghafoor. The court acquitted the accused of murder charges.
