BARA: An official of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar has said that admission quota would be increased for students of Bara tehsil in Khyber Agency.
Talking to a delegation of the Khyber Students Union at his office, Dr Muhammad Shafi Afridi said that many schools had been destroyed in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) in the last 10 years.
The delegation was led by KSU former President Zahidullah Afridi, general sectary Qudratullah Afridi, central sports secretary Fawad Afridi and others.The delegation informed the official that many students couldn’t take admission at the Kohi Sher Haider College in Bara due to the limited number of seats.
Shafi Afridi said 50 more seats would be increased at the college ato facilitate the students. He said these would include 22 for pre-medical, 22 for pre-engineering, and six for arts group.
