Jang Dream Home Expo attracts visitors

A two-day Jang Dream Home Expo-2016, the country’s largest real estate expo, was inaugurated by Provincial Excise and Taxation Minster Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman at Expo Centre, Lahore, on Saturday.
At the expo, more than 40 real states, developers and marketing companies have set their stalls related to furniture and household items for information and facilitation of the visitors. The companies participating in the expo include Interwood, Star Marketing Private Limited, Fast Marketing, Pakistan Cables, Athar Associates, Grand Square Mall, Haroons, ChenOne. SA Gardens, Hyatt Regency, Inter Safe Energies, Mayo Assoiciates,, Alaziz, V-3 Marketing, Chawala Aluminum, ZamaKa Real Estate, Bismillah Housing Centre, the Managers Group, Indigo Developers, Boss Furniture, Value Associates, Model Housing, Lahore Motorway City Homes, I Team and Dominion.
People from Lahore and over all Punjab are participating in it. The minister, the chief guest, visited all stalls and showed interest in the products of all companies. The minster congratulated the Jang Group for a huge and successful expo. He said, ” Stalls set up by the real estate and construction companies are worth watching". “Lahorites must come out of their houses and get information about the business under one roof. Low-income families can get houses and flats at nominal rates,” he added.
Highlighting the importance of tax, he said it was very important for the welfare of the country. He said, “Nominal tax has been levied on the real estate business. Dealers have no objection to it. Tax has been levied only on investors."
The event is aimed at highlighting the immense potential of the real estate sector in Pakistan.
Meanwhile, gold keys were given away through a draw at the Jang Dream Home Expo. The participating companies also distributed motorbikes and mobile phones among the visitors though draws. People continued to throng the expo even after the end of the expo hours till late night. They visited stalls to get information and showed interest in buying different items.
