Several held in Bannu search

BANNU: Several suspected persons were arrested in search operations in the district on Saturday, police officials said.

They said the police launched search operations in various areas late in the night and arrested hundreds of suspects during search operation from different areas.

They said the police also raided various hotels in the city and arrested a number of suspected persons. The police have already intensified security on the routes of the Muharram processions in the district.
