GUJRANWALA: Civil Judge Nuzhat Jabeen on Wednesday granted bail to an arrested accused in the Nandipur power plant record tearing case.
The police produced accused Balqiaz Khan, a security guard, in the court where he deviated from his earlier statement. The accused said that he did not tear the record. He alleged that the police had tortured and forced him to confess the crime.
