MIRANSHAH: As many as 47,075 displaced families have returned to their hometowns in the North Waziristan Agency, official sources said on Saturday. They said that the return process of the displaced families had been started once again after a week’s break. Sources in the political administration said that 1,600 families would be sent back to their villages including Eidal Khel, Chatoon, Naway Killay, Raghzai Killay and Hamzooni.
According to the Fata Disaster Management Authority, at least 82,000 families had been displaced from various areas of the North Waziristan Agency during Zarb-e-Azb operation.
