LANDIKOTAL: The Khyber Rifles officials established a free medical camp for Afghan refugees at Torkham border, officials said on Saturday.

Captain Dr Mustajab Alam said the free medical camp was established for those Afghans who were returning to their homeland voluntarily.

He said more than 200 Afghan nationals were examined and provided free medicines on the first day of the camp.

The patients were also provided free medicines and medical tests. Dr Alam said Khyber Rifles officials had funded the medical camp. He said the aim of the free medical camp was to facilitate the Afghan nationals.
