Hospitals put on alert

LAHORE

The Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Punjab, has issued instructions to all the teaching hospitals of Lahore to remain high alert on Friday (today) and make all arrangements to cater to any emergency situation in connection with the public gathering.

According to the notification issued here on Thursday, the administrations of all the hospitals has been asked to ensure appropriate arrangements in medical as well as surgical emergency to provide adequate medical cover to the patients.
