FC foils sabotage bid

QUETTA: Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan foiled a sabotage bid and defused 5kg of improvised explosive devices (IED) near Kachhi Canal area of Balochistan on Monday. According to FC spokesman, the FC personnel on information reached the site along with bomb disposal squad teamand defused 5kg IED near Kachhi Canal, which were planted for sabotage act by unknown men. One Push button and 107mm rocket were also recovered from same area.The FC personnel cordoned off the entire area and launched efforts to trace out the suspects.
