Judicial officers reshuffled

PESHAWAR: The chief justice and judges of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) have ordered the postings/transfers of the following judicial officers with immediate effect, says an official statement.

Muhammad Asif-II, District and Sessions Judge/Additional Registrar Abbottabad Bench has been transferred and posted as District & Sessions Judge, Mardan, against the vacant post; Haq Nawaz Khan, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Balakot, (Mansehra) has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar, Abbottabad, bench in his own pay and scale, Zia-ul-Haq, Additional District & Sessions Judge Mansehra, has been transferred as Additional District & Sessions Judge Balakot, and Ghulam Abbas, Additional District & Sessions Judge on return from Ex-Pakistan leave has been posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge Mansehra.

Similarly, Syed Hamid Qasim, Senior Civil Judge, Swabi, has been transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge/A’ala Illaqa Qazi Chitral against the vacant post, Rahsid Rauf, Senior Civil Judge Karak, has been transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge Swabi, and Hussan Bano, Senior Civil judge/Incharge, Mediation Centre Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, has been transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge Karak.

Shaukat Ali, Civil Judge/Illaqa Qazi Booni (Chitral), has been transferred and posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Charsadda against the vacant post and Sher Aziz, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Dera Ismail Khan, has been posted as Civil Judge/Illaqa Qazi Lower Dir against the vacant post.Syed Fazal Wadood, Civil Judge/Illaga Qazi, Chitral, shall tour Booni 10 days in a month for the disposal of cases pertaining to the vacant Court of Civil Judge/Illaga Qazi, Booni.
