Two held with five kg of heroin

SARGODHA: The police on Monday claimed to have arrested two drug pushers including a woman and recovered narcotics from their possession. Police said that Phularwan police headed by Inspector Muhammad Amin, working on a tip-off, intercepted a vehicle (LE-9114) at Salam Adda Bhalwal and recovered 5.290 Kg heroin from the vehicle. The police arrested two accused identified as Khan Shar and Neelam Bibi of Peshawar. The narcotic was being transported from Peshawar to Lahore. Police have registered a case against the accused.
