ISLAMABAD: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government released Rs170 million for rain and floods-affected people of Chitral as compensation.
According to Radio Pakistan, the funds would be provided to those people whose houses were damaged and heirs of others who lost their lives in torrential rain and floods.
The rain and flood had damaged 1,000 houses in Chitral in July this year causing loss of precious lives and property.
